It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Herman Urban (East Greenwich, Rhode Island), born in Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on August 2, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur H. Urban and Anna Urban (Herbst); his daughter Cathleen S. Urban; and his sister Ruth Bryan. He is survived by: his children, Karen E. Dove, Kimberly A. Urban, Colleen P. Amato and Roy A. Urban; his sisters, Grace Lusher and Dorothy Litter; and also Mary Pat Urban. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
