She was predeceased by: her parents, Godfrey Dahlgren and Grace Dahlgren (Wilson); her husband Jack Cruise; and her sisters, Eva (Rodney Gurley), Helen (Lynwood McCready), Julia (Vincent Ballard) and Beatrice Dahlgren.

She is survived by: her nieces, Lynn McCready (Bob Manna) of Plymouth, MA. and Sharon (Jerald Johnson) of Presque Isle, ME; her nephew Michael Gurley (Royann) of Gig Harbor, WA.; and her stepdaughters, Judith Plotner of Weymouth, MA and Suzanne Fallucco of Ledyard, CT..
