Booth (Roy), Mary Ellen Smith (Jim), Mark R. Cunningham, Thomas M. Cunningham (Glen), Richard M. Cunningham (Stacey), James P. Cunningham and David J. Cunningham. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
