With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dolores McAndrew of East Greenwich, Rhode Island, who passed away on April 16, 2025 at the age of 88. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Dolores McAndrew to pay them a last tribute.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Dolores shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Dolores farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bridget Clinton and William Clinton (Willie); and her spouse Thomas McAndrew. She is survived by: her children, Maura M. Anderson of Stamford, Dr. Philip McAndrew of East Greenwich, RI and Raymond McAndrew. She is also survived by eight grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Urquhart Murphy Funeral Home (800 Greenwich Ave, Warwick, RI 02886). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady Mercy Church (65 3rd St, East Greenwich, RI 02818).
