He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara L. Donovan (Ashness); his parents, Daniel J. Donovan and Delia M. Donovan (Lynch); and his brother James Donovan. He is survived by: his children, Daniel Donovan, Jr. (Kathy), Thomas Donovan (late Leonard Miller), Robert Donovan, Frederick Donovan, Patricia Noonan (James), Deborah Fortin (Michael), Barbara Clesas (William) and Maureen Mello (Francis). He is also survived by seven grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
