She was predeceased by: her parents, William Schreier and Rose Schreier (Primivazi); her husband James F. Parsons; and her siblings, Henry Schreier, John Hughes and Margaret Katzin.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Parsons (Margie) of Philadelphia and Catherine Millman (Richard Millman MD) of East Greenwich; her grandchildren, Ryan Millman (Amanda) of Christopher Millman, MD, Alyssa Parsons and Tyler Parsons; and her brother Lawrence Schreier.
