He is survived by: his children, David Perretta (Debra), Jean Perretta, Claire Perretta, Paula Durvin (Tom), Stephen Perretta, Edward Perretta (Megan) and Anthony Perretta; his grandchildren, Diane Cook, Sarah Harvey, Elizabeth Durvin, Henry Perretta and Katherine Perretta; his great grandchild Anthony Cook; and his sister Marie Forys.
