He was predeceased by: his parent William L. Marsden; and his sibling Judy M. Kenney. He is survived by: his spouse Jeanne Marsden (DeLisle); his parent Dorothy Marsden (Hyatt); his sons, William L. Marsden III of Long Island, NY and Justin J. Marsden (Brooke) of Long Island, NY; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Reagan, Brady and Harrison; his sister Kathy M. Mackey (Jerry) of Lisle, NY; his siblings-in-law, Gregory Kenney and Terry C. Marsden; and his sibling Robert H. Marsden. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
