He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Stephens and Rachel Stephens (Bienvenue); and his brother Michael Stephens. He is survived by: his wife Debra Stephens (Desjean); his sons, Matthew Stephens (Kerry) of Cumberland and Joshua Stephens (Christine) of Cumberland; his stepson Christopher Smith (Jen) of Smithfield; his sisters, Ronna Dugdale (Raymond) of Uxbridge, MA., Diane Treen (Carson) of North Attleboro, MA. and Jaye Lynn Crawford (Lewis) of Hartsville, SC.; his grandchildren, Madelyn, Brayden, Alta, Juliana, Carter and Brianna; his sister-in-law Lisa Stephens of Millville, MA.; and his close friend Bella.
