He was predeceased by: his parents, William Stanley Smalley and Annie Nightingale Smalley; and his son William F. Smalley Jr.. He is survived by: his son Daniel J. Smalley Sr. (Cynthia Smalley); and his grandchildren, Daniel, Mathew, Samantha, Kingstown and Brooke Smalley.
Due to Covid-19 pandemic, Bill's Life Celebration will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
