He is survived by: his daughters, Brianna Lee, Grace Katherine and Madeleine Rose; his wife Melissa Lavendier (Rivard) of Cumberland; his siblings, Mark, Christopher and Danielle; and his father Brian. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and friends.
