He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Glad (Slater) and Bill Glad; and his son William P. Glad. He is survived by: his wife Connie Glad (Bergeron); his daughters, Donna Barboza (David) of Cumberland and Laura Kutsaftis (James) of Middletown; and his grandchildren, Dave, Olivia, Adam Barboza, Heather, Jasmine, Chrystal, Cameron Glad, Trevor, Taylor, Talia and Tyra Kusaftis. He is also survived by his seven great-grandchildren.
