He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Flanagan and Jeannette Flanagan (Plante); and his siblings, Susan Purcell, Allen Flanagan, Daniel Flanagan and Brian Flanagan.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Flanagan (Kyle); his daughters, Cheryl Flanagan of Pawtucket and Brandi Flanagan of Cumberland; and his siblings, Deborah Pelton of East Greenwich, Lisa Villeneuve of Pawtucket and Stephen Flanagan of Brownsville, Maine. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
