He is survived by: his wife Rosemarie Philbin; his sisters, Sharon (Gary Parks) of Cumberland and Kathy (Wayne Wallace) of Emporia, Virginia; his children, Ashley (Suman) of Cumberland, Adam (Nikita) of Cumberland and Tyler (Olivia) of North Attleboro; and his grandchildren, Genevieve, William, Samuel, Isabella, Amelia, James, Josephine and Charlotte. He is also survived by father and grandfather, who loved supporting his children and grandchildren.
