She was predeceased by: her husband Jay Burbank; her parents, Harry Jones and Viola Jones (Clark); and her daughter Lisa Caldwell. She is survived by: her son Jay Burbank, Jr. (Cheryl Geoffroy); her siblings, Barbara Haggblom and Harry Jones; and her grandchildren, Taylor, Tyler, Brittany, Jay and Matt.
