He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Urban Riggs and Charles Riggs; and his brother Charles Riggs, Jr.. He is survived by: his daughter Malissa Petrov (John); his grandsons, Spencer and Nicholas of McKinney; and his stepdaughters, Kate and Candace Venturini.
