It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ruth Deschenes of Cumberland, Rhode Island, born in Central Falls, Rhode Island, who passed away on January 17, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her son Scott A. Robertson; her sister Irene M. Thompson; and also Raymond J. Deschenes. She is survived by: her children, Dawn M. Bishop (Robert) of Lincoln and Guy R. Deschenes (Fernanda) of Willamantic, CT; her grandson Scott R. Bishop (Heather Fontaine); her nephews, Ralph Thompson, Chuck Thompson, Neil Blount, Robert Blount and David Blount; her niece Patricia MacLean; her sister Grace D. Blount; and also Alfred H. Robertson. She is also survived by three great nephews.
