Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Rose (Dechaine) Barlow of Cumberland, Rhode Island, born in Fall River, Massachusetts, who passed away at the age of 96, on July 21, 2021. She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Dechaine and Mary Dechaine of Fall River; and her sister Teresa Campos of Central Falls. She is survived by: her children, Carol A. Barlow of Hallowell and Walter H. Barlow Jr. of Riverside; her brother Albert Dechaine of Freetown; her sister-in-law Ruth Verhulst (Barlow) of Woonsocket; and her siblings, Laura Draper of Sebastian and Edward Dechaine of Fall River. She is also survived by three granddaughters, four grandsons, three great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
