He was predeceased by: his wife Carolyn L. Palagi (Kalolsky); his parents, Edward P. Palagi and Estelle Palagi (Robitaille); and his brother Edward E. Palagi. He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Arteaga (Oscar) of Cumberland and Kerri Reilly (Kieran) of Cumberland; his grandchildren, Kayley, Michael, Christopher Arteaga, Zachary and Matthew Reilly; and his close friend Pauline Zuena. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the funeral and burial will be private.
