It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert R. Moore of Cumberland, Rhode Island, born in Hudson, New York, who passed away on December 17, 2024, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Robert departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Robert. Though Robert may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He is survived by: his children, Stephen Moore, Ross Moore, Suzanne Martin, Marianne Gilmore and Joanne Heintzelman; his grandchildren, Samantha Martin, Jenna Martin, Michael Moore and Heintzelman of Alaska; and his great grandchild Cleo Martin.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and on Sunday, December 29th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Bellows Funeral Chapel (160 River Rd, Lincoln, RI 02865). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the West Ghent Rural Cemetery.
