It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rita Marie Rivard (Cumberland, Rhode Island), born in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, who passed away on December 4, 2019, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Tague and Catherine Tague (Parfit); and her sister Margaret Kelley. She is survived by: her husband Roland P. Rivard; her children, Richard Rivard (Melanie) of Cape Cod, Cynthia Otis of Cumberland, Joanne Campbell (Glenn) of Cumberland, William Rivard (Peter Simon) of Ft. Lauderdale, FL and Melissa Lavendier (Timothy) of Cumberland; and her siblings, Dorothy Crowell of Lincoln, Richard Tague, Florence Rogan and Kay Agnew. She is also survived by her twelve grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
