He was predeceased by: his parents, Alice and Edward; and his brother Ted. He is survived by: his children, Richard (Margaret) of Newport, RI, Robert of Cumberland, Thomas (Kim) of Carlisle, MA, Susan Millar (Scott) of Exeter, RI, Maryann Crews (Christopher) of Andover, MA, Christopher (Melinda) of Cumberland, Caroline (Charles) of Bethesda, MD and Elizabeth Whitney (Grant) of Southborough, MA.; his wife Edith; and his brother John (Joyce) of Rhode Island. He is also survived by his 8 children, 17 grandchildren and a great granddaughter.
