It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Ryan Cartwright of Cumberland, Rhode Island, who passed away on December 17, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Richard Ryan Cartwright to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, George E. Cartwright and Helen Cartwright (Ryan); his brother Robert R Cartwright; and his son Gary Cartwright. He is survived by: his wife Joan Cartwright (Carroll); his daughter Ann; his daughter-in-law Jane Cartwright; and his siblings, Edward R. Cartwright (Fran) and Ann Louise. He is also survived by several grandchildren, several great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, a donation in Richard's memory, may be made to a Veterans organization of your choice.
