He was predeceased by: his parents, Exenepha Lachapelle and Germaine Lachapelle. He is survived by: his daughter Rachel Lachapelle of Woonsocket; his brothers, Roger of Tempe and Charles of Sanford, Maine.; his niece Denise Harrington of Dover, NH; and his nephew Kevin Lachapelle of Sanford, Maine.. He is also survived by his parents, aunts, and cousins.
