She is survived by: her children, Daniel J. Alves of Cumberland, John Alves III (Barbara) of Pawtucket and Francesca Galegoes of Pawtucket; her grandchildren, Anthony John Desmarais, Brian Desmarais, Linda Onanian and Nicole Alves; her sister Laura Almeida; her granddaughter Jessica Alves; and her brother Joseph Ferreira.
