He is survived by: his wife Martine Lachance (Michaud); his children, Eric Lachance (Eileen Deignan-Lachance) of Cumberland, Martin Lachance (Cathie) and Marie-Pierre Lachance; and his grandchildren, Liliana, Ceili Lachance, Declan, Aine, Isolde and Nola Lachance.

The family kindly requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the HopeHealth Hulitar Hospice Center (https://www.hopehealthco.org) in his memory.
