We are sad to announce that on September 30, 2021, at the age of 66, Phillip Duke of Cumberland, Rhode Island, born in Wimbledon, London passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Stoakley and Pamela Jean Stoakley (Brown); his wife Susan Duke; his children, Nikita Duke of Brooklyn, NY, Ylva Duke of Boston, MA., Nataly Duke of London England and Olaf Duke (Deanna) of Cumberland; and his grandchildren, Meckenzie and Jeminai.
