He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Lannigan and Irene Lannigan (Cyr). He is survived by: his wife Barbara A. Lannigan; his sons, Peter S. Lannigan (Karen) of Easton, CT and Michael F. Lannigan (Beth) of Holden, MA; his grandchildren, Kelly Lannigan, Sean Lannigan, Grace Lannigan and Ava Lannigan; his brother-in-law Joseph Billington; and his nieces and nephews, Joseph Billington, Janet Eckman, Linda Flues, Matthew Billington, Nicholas Palma and Christian Branson.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the J. J. Duffy Funeral Home (757 Mendon Rd, Cumberland, RI 02864). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Aidan Church (1460 Diamond Hill Rd, Cumberland, RI 02864). A burial was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at the Mt. Calvary Cemetery (153 Curran Rd, Cumberland, RI 02864).
