She was predeceased by: her father Jose Tente Guerra; and her husband Celestino Cunha. She is survived by: her children, Jose Cunha (Rose) of Cumberland and Isabel LaPlante (Michael) of Cumberland; her grandchildren, Andre LaPlante, Victoria Cunha and Joshua Cunha; her great grandchild Cristiano Cunha; and her sisters, Maria Da Luz Nunes, Gracinda Ferraz of Portugal and Isaura Santos of Brazil.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the J. J. Duffy Funeral Home (757 Mendon Rd, Cumberland, RI 02864). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Our Lady of Fatima Church (1 Fatima Dr, Cumberland, RI 02864).
