It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Natalie G. Vecchio of Cumberland, Rhode Island, who passed away on November 15, 2022, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Joseph Michael Vecchio; her siblings, Stella Chouinard, Lydia Palana, Anna Palana, Louis and Frank Geremia; her parents, Anna Fillengerie Geremia and Bartholomew Frank Geremia; her children, Valerie Martelli (Frank) of Kingston, RI, Jacquelyn Wnek (Philip) of Charlestown, RI and Joseph Michael Vecchio II (Susan) of Cumberland; her grandchildren, Kristen Petite, Jennifer Russo, Amy Tretton, Brian Wnek, Mitchell Wnek III, Kerri Caplette, Jessica Rioux, Joseph Michael Vecchio III and Victoria Vecchio; her great grandchildren, Philip (Liz Tretton), Gabrielle, Gianna, Anna Tretton, Michael, Julia Russo, Isabella Petite, Lydia, Charlotte Wnek, Emma and Collin Caplette; her great great grandchildren, Jameson, Magnolia and Colton; her great grandchild Scott Thomas Tretton Jr.; and her great great grandchild Oliver Gunner Tretton.
Memorial donations may be made in her memory to St. Elizabeth's Home or Hope Hospice.
