He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Costello and Barbara Costello (O'Donnell). He is survived by: his wife Mary Gemba-Costello; his son Christopher; and his siblings, Stephen P. Costello (Margaret) of Norwood, Martin G. Costello (Kathleen) of Attleboro and Mary T. Bishay (Bahig) of Norwood. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
