He was predeceased by: his parents, James J. Carvalho and Rita Carvalho (Capasso). He is survived by: his wife Maryann B. Carvalho (Iafrati); and his siblings, James P. Carvalho of Lincoln, Carol Mailly of Cumberland and Mary O'Connell of Rehoboth, MA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
