She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph M. Luby; and her parents, Robert Bowden and Charlotte A. Bowden (Ashley). She is survived by: her daughter Jo-Ann Waltz (Stephen) of Harrisville; her sister Gertrude Hanley of Cumberland; her grandchildren, Shawna Simas and Robert Waltz; and her great grandchildren, Aliyah and Cora.
