She was predeceased by: her husband Joao Julio Fernandes; her son Carlos Fernandes; and her brother Joseph Garcia. She is survived by: her daughter Maria DaCosta of Cumberland; her sister Alice Garcia of California; her child Aderito "Manny" Fernandes; and her brother Manuel Garcia. She is also survived by her six grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren as well as four great-great-grandchildren.
