Guay of Cumberland, Rhode Island, born in Providence, Rhode Island, who passed away on July 13, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Kay and Mary DeRosa Kay; and her brother Donald Kay. She is survived by: her husband Michael F. Guay; her son Michael Proulx (Jillian Powers) of Cumberland; her grandson Nelson Proulx; and her brothers, Charles Kay (Anne) of Myrtle Beach, SC, James Kay (Gator) of Seekonk, MA and John Kay (Lynn) of Attleboro, MA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
