She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Hopkins and Eleanor Hopkins (Booth); her husband Walter J. Mularz; and her daughter Brenda L. Spillman. She is survived by: her children, Edward Macomber II of Smithfield, David Rothwell (Cheryl) of Foster and Dawnmarie Bodnar (Michael) of Woonsocket; and her brother Robert Oullette of Virginia. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
