He is survived by: his wife Laura Garcia Rodrigues; his daughter Linda Martins (Carlos Martins) of Cumberland; his siblings, Manuel Rodrigues and Maria Vargas; his grandchildren, Jason Martins (Stephanie) and Vanessa Martins; and his great grandchild Julian Martins. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
