He is survived by: his parents, Joe Gomes and Maurina Gomes; his brother Steve Gomes (Gretchen Crawford Gomes) of Cumberland; his grandmother Maria Alice Tavares Almeida of Portugal; his nephews, Matthew and Tyler; and his grandfather Manuel Filipe Amaral. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends.
