He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kelly and Louise Kelly (McGrath); and his brother James Kelly. He is survived by: his wife Louise Kelly (Lanigan); his children, John Kelly III, Kathy Spoerer (Bill), Julie Small (Bob) and Maureen Handy (Mike); and his siblings, Elizabeth Murphy and Joseph Kelly. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
