She was predeceased by: her husband Alan V. Hook; her parents, John Wyatt and Mildred Wyatt (Murphy); and her son Steven Hook. She is survived by: her children, Larry Hook (Susan) of North Smithfield, Kevin Hook (Colleen) of Marsten Mills, MA, Sandra Sankey (George) of Cumberland and Bryan Hook. She is also survived by her six grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the American Heart Association and the American Cancer Society.
