He is survived by: his wife Veronica J. Palermo (Conant); his son James J.; his parents, Nancy J. Palermo (Lindgren) and Joseph R. Palermo of Stoughton; his brother Craig J.; and his parents-in-law, Jeanne, Nick Anastos of Bridgewater, Lawrence and Mary Conant of Piedmont, SC..
