She was predeceased by: her husband Edward F. Carter; her parents, Armand Petrin and Alda A. Petrin (Beauregard); and her son James Carter. She is survived by: her daughter Diane Campbell of Virginia; and her nieces, Beth Levesque and Linda Allen. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
