He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Picard and Marie Picard (Chapdelaine). He is survived by: his wife Carol A. Picard (Beauregard); his daughters, Mary Ann Guerin (Marc) of Cumberland and Lee Ann Conway (Michael) of Lincoln; his siblings, Edmond Picard (Elaine) and Simonne Picard of Cumberland; and his grandchildren, Henri, Danielle Guerin and Donovan Conway.
