It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janice F. DeGasparre of Cumberland, Rhode Island, who passed away on January 30, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Janice F. DeGasparre to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Papineau and Florence Papineau (O'Hare); and her brother Robert Papineau. She is survived by: her husband Paul F. DeGasparre; her children, Mark DeGasparre (Lisa) of Maryland, Paula Testa of South Kingstown, RI and Jill Langevin (Peter) of Harrisville, RI; and her grandchildren, Mariella Testa, Bryan Testa, Sophia DeGasparre, Nicholas Langevin and Kaitlyn Langevin.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the O'Neill Funeral Home (3102 Mendon Rd, Cumberland, RI 02864). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Saint John Vianney Church (3609 Diamond Hill Rd, Cumberland, RI 02864).
