He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Collins (Urbati); his parents, Michael Collins and Anne Collins (Walsh); and his sibling Francis Collins. He is survived by: his son William Collins; his grandchildren, Shannon Mulkern and Brendan Collins; and his siblings, John Collins, Bernard Collins and Mary Head (Collins).
