With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Howard L. Dunn Jr. of Cumberland, Rhode Island, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 24, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Howard farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Howard is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Dunn and Myrtle Dunn (Sargent); and his sisters, Janet Snyder and Nancy Cadorette. He is survived by: his spouse Annalisa Dunn (Landry); his daughter Nicole Holub (Brad); his grandchildren, Tedy and Astrid Holub; and his sisters, Mary Testut, Dorothy Walker and June Shaw.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the O'Neill Funeral Home (3102 Mendon Rd, Cumberland, RI 02864). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Saint John Vianney Church (3609 Diamond Hill Rd, Cumberland, RI 02864). A burial will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 11:15 AM to 11:30 AM at the Resurrection Cemetery (259 W Wrentham Rd, Cumberland, RI 02864).
