He was predeceased by: his wife Joan Costa (Heffernan); his parents, Herbert Costa and Maryann Costa (Lavoie); and his sister Constance Egerton. He is survived by: his daughters, Susan Laflamme (Paul), Karen Mitchell (Glen) and Lauren McCarthy (Kirk); his grandchildren, Dr. Collette Laflamme (Thomas Muscolo) and Pvt; and his great grandchildren, Bennett and Philip Muscolo.
