He is survived by: his parents, Fredrick Quilitzsch and Paula Quilitzsch; his children, Herbert Quilitzsch Jr. of California, Shirley-Anne Taylor of Smithfield and Debra Bricault of Cumberland; his stepson Raymond Villandry of Texas; his children, Stacey Clinton, Scott Taylor, Jennifer Moeller and Jacquelyn Cole; and his siblings, Fredrick Quilitzsch and Carl Quilitzsch.
