It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen C. Nelson (Cumberland, Rhode Island), who passed away on January 26, 2019, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Edward C. Nelson; her parents, Joseph Sobota and Mary Sobota (Kozial); her children, Susan Souza (Raul) of Cumberland, Nancy Wass of Burrillville, Catherine Goltz (Albert) of Bethesda, MD and Robert Nelson (Barbara) of Burrillville; and her grandchildren, Sara Goltz, Daniel Goltz, Joshua Nelson, Jason Nelson, Kelly Westhauver, Heather Dubois, Jennifer L. Souza and Michael P. Souza.
