We are sad to announce that on February 11, 2019, at the age of 89, Harry Fairhurst (Cumberland, Rhode Island), born in Lincoln, Rhode Island passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his spouse Therese V. Fairhurst (Vaillancourt); and his parents, Levi Fairhurst and Millie Fairhurst (Smart). He is survived by: his children, William H. Fairhurst (Caroline) of Johnston, George A. Fairhurst (Nancy) of Berkley, MA., Robert A. Fairhurst (Lori) of Riverside, James P. Fairhurst (Jan) of Rehoboth, MA., Elaine F. Pickering (Richard) of Johnston, Carol A. Whelan of North Providence and Mary L. Fairhurst (Sandra) of North Providence. He is also survived by his nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
